We had to stay at this hotel on our way to my fathers funeral. We asked the clerk for a bereavement rate but was told they didn't have one. All of the staff were courteous and helpful to my group. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was great after a long day for all my group. We stayed here (four rooms) for one night, July 31, on the way down to Surfside Beach and for one night (four rooms) August 10, on the return trip. My husband and I stayed here for a weekend get away. The hotel is new. The lobby is very lovely and looked very relaxing.
