“They charged me when they promised not to.”

My boss was going to pay for my room and his when we checked out but I "held" the room with my credit card. I didn't like this arrangment but the lady at the front desk "promised" my credit card wouldn't be charged. Well, it did get charged automatically to my personal credit card the morning we were to check... more

My daughter got married in August and we had 14 rooms booked for our guests. The rooms wonderful, large, clean, airy. The staff was EXTREMELY accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was great. The pool is small, but lovely. Overall, the hotel more than exceeded our expectations. We would highly reccommend the Holiday Inn Express to anyone. more

This hotel is only a couple of years old, and I have stayed here several times before. However, on my latest visit, I was disappointed to see that it too is going downhill. Here's why: 1.
