Room smelled like old fried chicken...toilet overflowed for no reason and no one really seemed to care. After we got placed to a new room there were people wandering around without an apparent purpose. There was a fight that almost broke out and then there were disturbing noises coming from next door that sounded like a man beating a woman.... more

My room was dirty (including the bedding), smelly (like urine), and poorly maintained. The grounds were noisy with a lot of loud suspicious late night activity (honking, door knocking, unsolicited late night phone calls to my room, etc) activity. I was too scared to leave my room even in the early evening. I got little sleep the entire night. Had... more

I was very impress with the staff, they where very friendly and professional, the hotel was more than I had anticipated, because of the great rate. The property was very well kept I felt at home. Absolutely loved the location it was perfect for what I came to Raleigh to do witch was to relax and have fun. Back to... more

I would gladly pay $100.00 to $200.00 more for better customer service. This is not my first time staying here but it is the first time I've stayed this long. A night is okay but a month is just too much! 2 weeks of my stay here I did not recieve housekeeping and I have A small child with me,... more

Good price through Hotwire - but for a few more dollars you can get a better place. I will not stay here again! The room was ok - but smelled like heavy smoke so all of our clothes smelled. The room was cleaned the night before we left after a 7 day stay. No one answers the phone at the... more

Staff was friendly and I had no problems during my 8-day stay. I declined room service, so I cannot comment on that aspect of the hotel. Room was well arranged and easy to live in. Decent bathroom, nice kitchenette with fridge/micro and dishes, desk and chairs, TV. Allows pets, which was a big plus. Not the best part of town,... more

I read the reviews but thought I would get lucky. The price attracted me so I gambled and lost. There was always noise and people outside my room even after one o'clock in the morning. When I called front desk personal, they did not do much to help the situation. You also need to know that there is no room... more

I live in Virginia with my husband and we had traveled to Raleigh so he could catch a flight to Omaha NE to pick up his kids for the summer and then travel to N Myrtle Beach for vacation. I stayed behind at this hotel. I will say the front lobby person was great. She got me in my room... more

We got there in the evening and had to switch rooms four times to find one that had the basics of a motel room. There was no bed in one missing pillows and kicked in walls in another. There was the bathroom door hanging by the bottom hinge only. The gnarly rooms were only part of the deal. We had... more

I just want to warn everyone about this hotel. It may look ok, MIGHT be priced alright for some but let me tell you something. You won't get a moments peace around that place. Between the kids (and even adults!) running up and down the corridor like a bunch of animals at all hours of the day and night..you have... more
