They tried hard, but things just didn't seem to go quite right. First of all, the room keys were not programmed right. So the manager came up to check and let me in but had to go and get new keys. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, even during the renovations; I plan to stay there as often as possible when in Raleigh for business. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is the friendliest I have ever encountered in a hotel. And the manager did everything possible to accommodate our group. I recommend you stay here.
