I have stayed at this property numerous times due to the friendly nature of the staff. They always say hello when you walk through the door and you can tell they really want you to have a nice stay. The rooms are always impeccably clean too. The problem I ran into today was certainly unexpected. I arrived early in the... more

We stayed at the Hampton Inn three nights while in town for a wedding. I had booked online, and was happy to see that the room booked was actually a suite. We had a king size bed, fridge, microwave, and wet bar, along with a huge whirlpool tub (probably would have fit 4!). The bathroom was very nice size, and... more

Used this lodging after arriving after dinner on a flight into Raleigh. The staff is particularly nice, the beds were the right softness for us and the breakfast offerings above average. We were happy with our room except for being placed next to the exit door, which banged shut every few hours. We also ate at Fat Daddy's next door,... more

We arrived to the Raleigh Airport at 12:05 am, expecting to be able to board a shuttle to the hotel. We were surprised to find that the shuttle stopped running at 10:00 pm. The hotel did try to help by saying they would pay for the cab fare. We ended up renting a car one day early instead, we were... more

This is not one of Hampton's better offerings. It is an older property, and it shows in small ways. The best way to describe it is to say that it has an overall 'tired' feeling. However, it is a solid two star and some would argue it is a low level three star. Maybe. If you get a good rate, then... more

I stayed at this hotel for a short one night weekend stay. I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was. After check-in, they called our room to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything which I thought was a nice touch. I was greeted by staff if I passed them in... more

Looking for a great place to stay in Raleigh while visiting RBC Complex events, House Hunting, Job Interviewing... THIS IS IT ! We were absolutely amazed by the sincere helpfulness and friendliness of the front desk personel. Found us a room when they were booked to almost the hilt with a 03-05 to 03-10-07 basketball tournament in town as walk-in... more

The hotel seemed to be like a remodeled days inn. Hard to explain, but it just felt a little dingy. The bathroom was terribly small, as was the room. I did not recieve the wake-up call I requested. No fridge or microwave in the room as well. The lobby was cramped, and you had to use a ramp to get up... more

While I am used to staying at many Hilton Brand Hotels such as Embassy and Homewood, we stayed at this Hampton for two nights while attending a graduation. The hotel seems to be a older building that was upgraded. The lobby was fairly small than what I am use to and the elevators were small and a bit noisy, but... more

Stayed for one night at this hotel. As a Hilton Honors member, used points for a free night's stay. This hotel is smokefree, which was wonderful. They also have a nightly Managers Reception offering free beer and wine, with various snacks. The breakfast is included with your nightly stay and was a typical Hampton breakfast, which offers many choices, hot... more
