Hired room for dinner. Staff and kitchen unable to cope even though they were provided with menue choices weeks in advance. Manager rude to guests. Great pity because the venue is quite good. Ended in autacation with manager. Avoid and try the Elephant in future.

This hotel has plenty of character, nice decor and friendly staff. Good to have a drink on the picnic tables outside and watch the world go by.
