stayed here for 6 days. Room was nice and clean. Service was good, and note while in this part of China it is recommended to learn basic words and phrases. Most of the hotel staff are not multilingual and KaiFeng is a known tourist spot for the Chinese population, so the majority of this hotels guests are chinese speaking. Service... More

The staff of the Yuxiang Hotel is usually missing, but that's OK, as when they are actually on the job, they are both rude and incompetent. The hotel is below average, but the staff make it a real nightmare. Find another hotel in Kaifeng.
