I stay in a lot of hotels, and a lot of Crowne Plaza hotels. This one is above average, or better. Great service, nice rooms, and good location. Club level is great but no breakfast which is a slight drawback, but still overall impressed.

It's the crown plaza, it's exactly what you would expect from this chain. The price is great and the service was great. Couldn't have asked for more. Stayed 3 nights to travel around changsha, service was good and the room is amazingly huge. Great location, really close to the street market and city centre. Various shop and foods around. Subway construction was on progress so it was a little bit messy outside of the hotel. But overall it was great stay. I recommend this hotel !
