This hotel was booked for us as a pre cruise stay for one night. Having read the reviews I was quiet prepared for the experience. The hotel is in a very run down area near the port of Barcelona, although very central for resturants and La Rambles. My wife and l stayed in the Hotel Del Mar for four nights during September. We were lucky enough to get a room on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the marina. The view was amazing.
