We arrived to find that all our requests had been satisfied - cot in room, upper floor, quiet location. We were worried about reports that it was a noisy location, but we were at the back where it was quiet. The front of the apartments is right opposite a very noisy hotel and that would not have suited us. Location good, near supermarkets, bus route, taxi rank and 5 minutes from the excellent Fenals beach. The Fenals area is much quieter than central Lloret and lacks the "battery chicken" style hotels, except for the Royal Beach, which is opposite the front of these apartments. Staff friendly and helpful, locals likewise (not grumpy like many Spanish in the resorts - even the supermarket staff were helpful). Pool smallish, but clean. Regular boat sevice takes you to some excellent beaches (try Santa Cristina for lovely clear water and clean, coarse sand). Bahama Mama, a local bar/restaurant is very good value with excellent food and service. If you want a quiet time... more
