The best of the hotel was the setting and the view. Despite paying over 200 Euros, the room was very small and poorly decorated. The food was good but completely overpriced. The hotel is a former monastery, of a very solid stone construction- thus the rooms stay cool but also have an awesome ambience. The staff here is terrific, as mentioned, especially the chefs! This hotel is simply amazing. The staff is very friendly, speaks several languages, extremely helpful and treats the guests like royalty. The setting is amazing, just in front of the sea.
