What a beautiful property! Host Marcia was a gem and welcomed us like family. We picked this as appearing to be good value compared to other properties advertised in the region and we weren't disappointed. The peaceful and relaxing location was great. Marcia gave us excellent advice regarding restaurants and attractions nearby. The tour of the old Angas homestead was... More

The grounds are excellent; the home had a nice historic touch, The room we had was nice, except for the lack of tea & coffee facilities, TV or clock / radio in the room, We also found the bed uncomfortable although it looked stunning. There was a shared TV lounge in another building that had tea & coffee. The breakfast... More

I don't have complaints about the service, location or accommodation - it was simply too expensive for what you get. We stayed in one of the rooms that has a shared bath - for $285 I expect my own bathroom. And the room while nice was quite small, nothing spectacular. The breakfast was nice, but basically just eggs, bacon &... More

We stayed here for the second part of our honeymoon in May 2012, and loved everything about the place. The set dinner was fantastic 5 star - we were seated next to our own fire place. Each morning we overlook the landscaped lawn to a cooked 5 star breakfast, it was amazing!! I forgot to mention the outdoor, but undercover,... More

We had a blissfully relaxing overnight visit to Collingrove Homestead. The spa was divine and the grounds and interiors were delightful. The lovely host, Zac, made a gorgeous degustation dinner, in classic French style. Barely a step wrong in all the courses, it was one of the best meals we've had in South Australia, and a pleasant surprise out in... More

Marcia was a great host, very generous with her hositality. She pretty much organised my honeymoon for me! The guest rooms were luxurious whilst keeping with it's historical roots.

My husband booked us to stay at Collingrove as a surprise first anniversary trip. I was very impressed in general with the gorgeous historic homestead, the hosts Marcie, Andrew, along with chef Zac were all lovely, helpful and informative. We stayed in the School House room in a oh so comfortable french provincial bed, the only thing amiss is as... More

We have an excellent weekend stay at Collingrove Homestead. The rooms were beautifully updated from our previous stay 18yrs ago. Zac cooked a fantastic degustation dinner for the 6 of use, and the service was really warm & friendly. We had tea & coffee in the guest lounge, and with the fire going was really comfortable.
