Booked for 1 night expecting something special for $145 in Beachport. Travelled with my sister so needed 2 beds. It was suggested that the corner room would be suitable as there was a king bed plus a pull down queen bed. After arrival (1pm) had to wait over 20 mins at reception while the girls served lunch in the cafe. Finally checked in, paid $145 at the register in the cafe & proceeded to bring in our luggage through the back door past service rooms, junk rooms etc. The pull-down bed turned out to be MOST uncomfortable as felt like sleeping on coils. Obviously never been used before. On check-out no-one around to speak to. Very ordinary service. Would never recommend. more
