I won’t bore you with all the details of our say, yet all I can say is that if you are in the Coonawarra for a weekend or a week then this is the place to stay. We stayed in the Merlot townhouse and what a treat it was, from the great furnishings, to the welcome hamper, chocolates and wine to the very tasteful and relaxed way in which the townhouse was presented.

I should add, it’s nice to be able to just turn up at a place and settle in without the 'need' to 'meet and greet' your host. You are given a gate/house pin code before you arrive, so no need to meet someone, get there between a certain time to get the 'keys'.

Right in the heart of town, 2 minute walk to the shops, 2 to 10 min drive to all the wineries, you couldn’t ask for a better location.

Just book, go and stay. You won’t regret it.
