When in Robe, do what the Robemans do and be sure to stay at Ann's Place. What a beautiful stay we had. Ann served the best eggs for breakfast. She is so welcoming and helpful with information and we wished we stayed more than one night. Robe is a beautiful town and the location is right by the beach and... more

We stayed for one night en route to Adelaide. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great location near bars and restaurants. Ann and her daughter were lovely and very helpful, would recommend. The local golf course is also nearby and you can play all day for $25AU. more

Ann's Place was a very pleasant surprise starting with a great location, beautiful property and lovely friendly staff. The room is spacious and clean, has everything that one needs when on vacation. Ann herself is a very pleasant and helpful host. We definitely recommend this place. more

Ann's place was a good clean friendly stop at the end of a long journey, The room was clean and well equipped and in summer would have had a view over the sea. We arrived after dark and left early the next morning so it's veranda was somewhat wasted on us. Ann used to run a hotel and it shows... more

The accommodation was dated and tired - the term “Executive Queen Room” perhaps led us to expect too much. It was more twee than that implies. Without wishing to insult people in the trade unduly, it might be what I'd expect from an old-fashioned English seaside resort circa 1985. The guest house was run by a Yootha Joyce lookalike, but... more

We enjoyed our one night at Ann's place at the end of our Great Ocean Road experience. As expected Ann was there to greet us and provided us with Robes history. Again Robe was very quiet, schools had opened and there were very few tourists. A lovely place with nice shops and restaurants, we ate at Sails where the seafood... more

Indeed what can you say about Anns Place, absolutely nipping clean, beautiful rooms, great breakfast & a lovely lady, what more could you ask for. If you like Chinese food then just about a bock away is a very good one. We had one of the banquets & I can honestly say it was probably the best food we had... more

Like a few people it seems, we stayed in Robe just the one night, passing through on the way from Melbourne to Adelaide. The B&B is very easy to find - just head down the main street until you get to the end of it and there it is! There are some good restaurant options in Robe and we would... more

Stayed her for just one night, and can only agree with all the other reviewers. We didn't even have time to get out of the car before Ann's daughter came out to greet us. We were made to feel like very welcome friends who had come to stay with the family. Robe is a small place, with a nice beach,... more

We had a 1 night stay in Robe and booked Ann's Place before travelling to Australia. We stayed here on a Saturday night and there were very few places with vacancies as there was a wedding on in town. Ann greeted us at the front door and showed us to our room. The room was large, decor slightly old fashioned... more
