We stayed here for two nights and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel facilties are very basic so don't expect much.

The position to the river is the selling point of this property and the rear windows & sliding door of your room face out to the green and shady lawn area with views of the river.
There are plenty of tables and chairs spread amongst the gardens, with two BBQ areas.
Management will happily provide plates, cutlery, wine glasses etc for you to be able to use the BBQ's

The location is within easy walking distance to the shopping and restaurant area.
There are two levels to this hotel and we were in a room on the ground floor and seemed to be a bit more updated than our friends rooms. We had a flat screen tv and better bedding (lucky us), I think our room was No 5.
Shower was located in the toilet area and water did tend to flood the floor when showering, so the floor mat was drenched.
Needs a bit of a update but for the price... more
