I have stayed at this caravan Park many times over the last 30 years. They have recently changed ownership and we travelled there for the first time with the new owners last Easter. We arrived late on Thursday night (long weekend) to a full park. I had paid months ago reserving our site. We pulled upto the site only to find other people setting up camp. They showed us their reciept and we went to the office to see what was going on. We were told, sorry we didn't think you were coming so we gave away you site to these people who just pulled in. I had rung 3 days before this to confirm the booking, and to advise we would be coming up straight after work on the Thurs and was told this was fine by the manager. Instead of asking the people who had just pulled in to move, we were told to go to a different site and move in the morning.
