What a disappointment this place was. For a rack rate of $800 a night my family and I had been saving for months for this trip. I certainly did not expect the following:
On arrival at 2:30pm we were asked to come back a half an hour later as the room wasn't quite ready. We were fine with this as the check in time was 3pm. Instead we wondered around and returned closer to 4:30 to be sure. We opened the room door to find a workmen installing a bathroom fan with plaster all over the floor in the bathroom, walkway and living room. We left again and to allow him time to finish and clean up, however we had to insist somebody clean up before we returned.

The bed sheets were stained. While we were told they were clean, a large oily stain could be found on one of the children's bunk beds and on the master bed.

A used towel was discovered hanging in the master bedroom. We were told this was from the workman. Odd indeed.
