I stayed for about a week on business and the staff was consistently great. The hotel was standard for this brand. The hotel was very quiet, which was particularly important as I was working nights. The location is the biggest drawback. Shelby is not a big town, but this is definitely on the fringe, and traffic can be surprisingly bad.... more

The front desk people are extremely friendly, nice, and accomodating with any questions about any topic.
