We picked this Comfort Inn due to the great reviews on line. We weren't disappointed at all. We have stopped in Statesville before and stayed at other locations. This was by far the better one. The price / quality is just great. The location is just off the highway.

Double room with full beds for the price is not worth it. They did have a bar. It was a full breakfast. They did not have complimentary coffee before 6am. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and when you turned it on full blast there was a loud squeal.

Due leaving Greenville SC late, we arrived here about 1 AM. Front desk clerk was cheerful and helpful. The room was modern, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast bar was the usual Comfort Inn: good, clean, not fancy but a decent variety. Close to the highway and easy to find, it was a good place to stop on our way.

I stayed at this location several years ago - it had become a little run down, the upgrades and remodeling have returned this property to the star of Statesville, if there is a better place to stay for under 80$ I don't know where it would be, indoor pool, spa, & lounge are all top flight!
