If you absolutely have to travel to that area, this hotel is probably your best bet. . But honestly it really is not a great place: 1. Its overall appearance is very disappointing. This Hampton Inn was a good place to stay. The rooms were recently renovated and were in good shape. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I noticed is that the hallways needed to be vacuumed more often because it was a little dirty but other than that an excellent experience. more

The hotel has obviously been working to freshen itself up. They were in the process of changing the carpet, and most of it was done. The beds have been upgraded, and overall it was pretty clean. Hampton Inn's are usually great places. But this one... The floors needed vacuuming. Someone threw an apple at the wall in the elevator lobby and it wasn't cleaned up for days and then poorly. There was a dehumidifier in the room that sounded like a truck when running. Steer Clear!!! more
