My wife and I go to Wilmington every year. The past two years we have stayed at this Jameson Inn. It is a good starting point for me, as in, I know how to get everywhere from the hotel. It is right near a shopping center with Target, TJ maxx etc. and a good pizza place (i forget the name... more

No complaints here. I am now sitting in my room as I type this review. The staff is very friendly. They even wanted to pet our dog Savannah. Our room is the cleanest and nicest hotel room I have stayed in a long time. Note: There is a small refrigerator with a microwave on top. The vanity is outside the... more

We stayed here because we had a canine companion travelling with us. When I called, I was told there were only 2 rooms left. One being a room with double beds for $112, or a King "premium" for $124. We took the king premium, which was a pet friendly room. When we got to our room, the only thing premium... more

That might not seem like much, but to us it was a big thing. Our dog which is a 60 lbs and a mixed boxer, was welcomed to this hotel, the hotel staff was very nice to her and would come out from the desk to pat & rub her. They were also very helpful when we needed to upgrade... more

This hotel was one of the lower priced hotels in the Wilmington area. If you want a place to sleep for the night-it is clean, in a quite area, and the breakfast bar will get you through until lunch. Theres soap, shampoo, a facial cleansing cloth, and coffee-in the room-nothing fancy. If you are looking for a place to be... more

The hotel was not what I had expected, based on other reviews. The staff was not friendly, in fact at check-in they could barely be bothered. Our room to our surprise, was a handicap room with a strangely configured bathroom and tub. The room was dingy, worn and could have used a good cleaning. The bathroom was not conducive at... more

Made on line reservation with a note that we were traveling with a 110 lb well behaved, trained Rottweiler. Asked them to please contact me ASAP if dog was not ok. I called 2 days later to confirm reservation to be told they only take dogs under 30 lbs. I find most of them mess on the floor and tear... more

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. This may not be a five star hotel for ammenties, but it is a very clean hotel with nice friendly staff. The rooms are a nice size, they allow pets, have an outdoor pool, and a small exercise room. For breakfast, you can make your own waffles, which... more

We stayed at The Jameson Inn last weekend. I made reservations in advance but all we could get was a smoking room since we had a pet. The room was decent but small compared to other motels I have stayed at on the same level. A lot of channels including HBO, a working desk area, complimentary breakfast (muffins, etc.) and... more
