The room was fantastic! We were upgraded when our regular room was not ready at check in. We stayed in the executive nonsmoking King suite. Loved our visit to Brookstown Inn. Short walk to Old Salem along parklike path. Friendly staff, good evening fresh cookies. We had dinner at the Cotton Mill and were very pleased. Stayed here 8 years ago and had fond memories. This time the AC in the room didn't work so they eventually changed our room but not until after I got "attitude" from the front desk.
