i was given a key to a room that already had a customer in it because they double booked and didn't even know it. the guy in the room freaked out and i felt incredibly uncomfortable the rest of the night. he stared at me glaring from his window as i called the office trying to figure out what to do, in a way that as a woman traveling alone, terrified me. the desk clerk had no idea how to fix the situation and it took too long to find out which rooms were open. then when i finally got a room and turned the sheets down, there were dirty tissues under the pillows, meaning the sheets had not been changed since the last visitor, they just made the bed with dirty sheets. then the internet kept logging me off literally every 10 minutes. NOT OK more
