party of 8 2003 on arrival at the Saturn hotel the reception area although poorly lite my first impression was apprehension staff seemed ok!!!
then We entered our rooms they were dull and filthy we immedietly requested different accomodation thats when the staff had difficulty understanding english eventually we spoke to the rep for bulkan holiday's sorry she said unless we cough up a further approx £350 what a con We were not prepared to pay a further £350 and asked for the rooms to be cleaned she said she would arrange this.you guessed it we could not get a hold of her niether could the other guest with the same complaint who had also just arrived .our whole holiday was ruined the staff were not friendlyentertainment WHERE there was one musician who performed for the kids afterwords he came round with a hat for payment from the guests.food iether burnt or undercooked
holiday from HELL defenitely not recommended.all the guests were glad to leave.
