We got there fairly late at night but the staff were still extremeley pleasant and the "Bellboy" Took up our bags for us and showed us our family room, in there we found a pile of chocolate bars and sandwiches and bottled water. I liked the hotel and the place. There are a lot of youth there and a lot of nice clubs. I prefered "Arrogance". We've been there 5 girls age 19-25 and each of us enjoyed staying there. The hotel itself is ok. The rooms are nice. The swimming pool was too cold for me. So maybe we'll be back))) more

I have never been all inclusive before and on this showing I never will again. Treated like cattle, rude, non smiling staff.
