Very large hotel catering primarily for German holidaymakers. Huge restaurant serving probably 1,200 for breakfast. Large choice of food and quality good. Large outdoor pool with cold water (18C). Stayed for a week. Big nice hotel. Breakfast and dinner are not 5 stars standard. Room service is BAD! Reception service is BAD and unfriendly. Very nice swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) . Using the computers is not free. I recommend it when compared to other hotels in Golden Sand. more

This Melia Hotel is a shame for any 5 Star Hotel or those who pretend to be. Service, especially the reception is a catastrophe: staff is unprofessionnal, unfriendly, aggressive and no help at all if you want to have any touristic information.
