We are a family of five, split between two rooms. The hotel made sure our rooms were adjacent, although no adjoining doors. Good start! The rooms were clean and comfy but nothing exceptional. Just returned from 2 weeks at the Bolero. Excellent Hotel, staff could not be more helpful. Entertainment team (Animation as they call it ) worked their socks off all day . Stayed here for a week all inclusive mid-July. Great hotel with excellent facilities. We found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Rooms very spacious and our air con was not at all noisy. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Animation team were great. Never any pressure to join in but plenty going on if you want to. Location was great.... more
