The hotel has a great location, big swimming pool. Needs renovation. The staff need to be trained in order to understand what does it mean to work for a 5 star hotel! Grand Hotel Varna. Last time I went there 4 years ago they were still catering for the British even though the fried eggs were half cooked and the bacon was really just bits of frankfurter.
