I was scheduled to stay here July 12-16 but was informed on June 29, 2011, that the hotel is closed indefinitely because of the massive flooding in Minot. My first assigned "non-smoking" room had been smoked in everyday for at least the last 20 years. It also had a "view" of a cinderblock wall. When I complained to the front desk I was told that I was out of luck. It was only when a second attendent got involved that I was offered a handicapped room. More

Everytime my husband and I go to Minot this is the hotel we stay at. The service has always been great from all departments. We love the lobby bar and the dollar blackjack. The price is reasonable for the great and clean rooms! More

If you are looking for your typical Holiday Inn (No Surprises) this is it! Book way in advance. With the oil boom in Western North Dakota, you may not be able to find a room. I haven't found any great places to stay in Minot. This is the best I've found. More

When we were checking in, another customer was showing the clerk the stained towel he had in his room. That should have been the first clue. Of course our towels were just as bad. Stayed here for three nights over the easter weekend and it was excellent. We couldn't find anything wrong with the room. The food was very good and the staff were nice and friendly. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The pool was also very nice. Will definately be back. Thank you Holiday Inn Riverside. More
