I decided on the spot to spend the night in Locarno. Reception was very welcoming, kind. Excellent value for money! Huge room with sofas, two doors, free Wifi, large safe, big bed, good breakfast and all a very reasonable price! Quiet despite old windows. 5mins from station. Entire staff very curteous. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable, clean, cozy, quietly room... Personal friendly and not annoying! Breakfast is Ok, on every tastes: everybody could be happy, from child to men who like to eat a lot at the morning! Location is excellent, just in front of the lake! View from the window is fantastic!

Very nice hotel. Centrally located, big room with 2 bathrooms, great breakfast. We requested a lake view room but didn't get it and there aren't many free parking places at the hotel. There are paid places in front but max stay is 4hrs so not very practical.

We recently spent one night here and were given a lake view room as it wasn't busy,we think that there is normally an extra charge for this.The view is worth it if you do have to pay!! Another Locarno Film Festival, another hotel; I've been here 6 times over 10 years or so and so far this is my favorite hotel. But you must be on the lakeside and reserve early. There is even free parking if you come here by car.

Stayed for a night on Business Excellent view of Alphs and a Big lake from this Hotel room. A neat and small Room. Unlike most of the Hotels in Switzerland B/F is not included in the Room Tariff. Check out not possible before 7AM . Put me inconvenience to catch a train .

The location is great - just 20 meters in front of the lake. we had a room with a lovely view on the sea. rooms are spaciouse and very clean. the atmosphere of the hotel is like it is in large hotels with lots of rooms. i hardly recomment this hotel for price sensitive short trips to locarno. parking is... The hotel is good, rooms are okay, they are clean and have everything you need there. The balconies are nice too, try to get a lake view if you can. This hotel is not going to amaze you, but it is comfortable and overall good. The internet however is 15 francs for 3 hrs....which is expensive as everything in Switzerland.
