Well I can't really rate this hotel in full because we didn't end up staying there. We booked several rooms for a kids sporting weekend. I was surprised by the level of service provided at this hotel. The lobby was tidy and no matter where you looked the staff seemed to be working hard to ensure the enjoyment of the visitors.
