We stayed for 5 nights at Ride the Wind Ranch as part of a longer trip.

It is a small Guest Ranch, run by Hans and Kathy Rissi, which we chose so that we could enjoy full board, horse riding and beutiful scenery in very peaceful surroundings.

And we were not disappointed.

Our 'kids' aged 21, 19, 15 and 12 had a fantastic time. Kathy's home cooked food was first class, the accomodation was in log cabins, built by Hans & Kathy, and these were spotlessly clean, and fresh.

Expert - and patient!- instruction was given on how to ride, and the horses were very well trained which made the whole experience most enjoyable. more
