Service was appalling. Rooms were newly renovated but poorly cleaned, dirty. House keepers turned heat completely off during the day during the dead of winter, -25, presumably to save money. Owner is rude. Reserves rooms at one rate, then charges a ridiculous higher one Once you've arrived and checked in. They take advantage of hockey families and crews that have... More

After reading reviews, I was unsure what to expect with this hotel and walking in the newly renovated lobby was a nice surprise. The rest of the hotel (hallways & rooms) were not as fancy, but modern and clean. The room was adequate for the amount of time we spent in it, but would be crowded if there were more... More

The worst place I have ever stayed, and the only reason I booked here is because the Super-8 was full. Reserved a single king-got two doubles, had to lug all my stuff back downstairs to search for staff, again, to get the room I needed. Terrible customer service-could never find a person to check in or out. Sat in the... More

Stayed here for work, the rooms are clean while the bathroom is dated its clean the shower has good pressure, room has a fridge but a microwave is in the hall. Only two real complaints are with the front desk staff, sometimes they are friendly and helpful and sometimes not so much, and the price at 120 a night I... More

Upstairs on the second level hang a right, you'll find 212 second from the end. Do not stay in this room. Incredibly creepy. Haunted can hear voices whispering and talking when in bathroom. Things go missing after you just left a room. This is my second night.

We stayed 1 night at this hotel. Tiny bugs in corner of bathroom. I asked for a wake-up call as there is NO CLOCK RADIO. They did not call us and my son missed his hockey game. Watch out for the bugs. They were very rude when I explained that I wanted to be compensated for their error and filth.... More

This is a renovated property, that looks rather dull and unkept from the outside. The restaurant in the same building is closed so not very inviting. That said, the room was older but clean and the front desk personal friendly. If it is just an overnight for a family reunion where you are not spending much time in your room,... More

The Brusnswick appears to be run by a couple who spend the better part of their day, and night. They're quick and quiet, but are not quick to offer help. I was struck immediately by the expense of the room, which seemed high considering the state of the inn. The building (and rooms) smell of stale cigarette smoke and the... More

Recently stayed at the hotel. Reserved a room with a king size bed three months prior to accommodation and arrived to find out that the room assigned had 2 double beds. No apologoy was offered, just a take it or leave it. My opinion is that I should have been given that choice when I first booked, not upon arrival.... More
