This is the last place we would ever go to for a nice stay. I have never before been in a motel where you have to do your own dish washing. On the second morning of our stay we had no coffee in our kitchen unit. I guess I should have read all the little notes posted on the walls.... more

The Mermaid Lodge is right next door to the Hot Springs - very convenient. I stayed with my 3 teenage boys in one of the kitchenette suites which was perfect - I had my own room so a bit of peace and quiet, while they had plenty of room to spread out in the sitting/dining areas.
