I recently stayed at the Ainsworth Hot Springs (on the third floor) and was impressed by the beautifully decorated rooms. The hotel was average (definitely not a resort). The rooms were very clean but the age is definitely showing. If you are looking for a high end resort this is not the place to go. If you are looking for a little getaway with not a lot of crowds or touristy stuff then this is a 'diamond in the rough'.... more

Hotel is infested with STINK BUGS, and when we called the front desk they had sent up housekeeping, who then advised us to just flush them down the tiolet when we saw them, I flushed 7 myself. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ROOMS!!!!!!!! more

The resort is dated and worn-out looking. There is nothing special whatsoever about the look of the building or the rooms which have dated carpet, curtains and bedding.
