“A good place for a quick stay”

we enjoyed the fact there was a pub with some pool. The drinks were good and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and it was quiet. We were just passing through for the night. More

I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel, the photos don't do it justice! As stated in other reviews, the rooms were nothing fancy, a bit tired, but ours was clean & spacious enough. Beds were fine. In for a sports event. This is a typical roadside motel that is neither remarkably good nor bad. Not a place I would choose as anything special, but as good a place as any to rest your head for a night. We were there in the Winter so the swimming pool was not operating. More

A mechanical breakdown led to our stay at this hotel and while the staff were very friendly and helpful the room was old and not very clean - sticky door handles, sunflower seeds under the beds!
