Holidaying from Australia, I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Rowena's Inn with my dear canadian friend. We had the entire house to ourselves, and enjoyed our room complete with cheese and fruit platter to the max. We only stayed two nights here after experiencing The Rocky Mountaineer train across the Rockies (also super) and a too short stay in Vancouver. We came primarily to fish for sturgeon in The Fraser river(with great success!!) but the warmth and charming reception we received at Rowen'a was an added bonus. Rowenas Inn is a small B&B wich compares to the best Hotels. On arrival for our one night stopover we were greated by Betty Ann the proprietor of the inn and beautiful adjacent Sandpiper Golf course. Rowena's Inn is everything you would hope for (and more!) when staying at a Bed and Breakfast. The landscape is beautiful with the inn next to the river, nestled between mountains.
