We bailed out of a different motel in Sicamous because it was ghastly. The Best Western was like stumbling onto an oasis. The rooms were clean and with a simple elegance. They were also relatively quiet. I never heard the train that rattles through town all night long. The pool was quite nice and the staff were courteous and helpful.... more

We spent two nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. We got a very spacious room (the kids even remarked on this) on the ground floor in the middle of the property. The room was very clean, very well lit, very comfortable side chairs to sit in, nice big window that opened at the top (love that fresh air).... more

Although this was a very clean room, it was very much a motel on the side of the road, with traffic constantly whizzing by. The only nearby restaurant is a Subway aross the highway. Unless you really need to stop for a rest...keep driving! more
