I actually had to cancel reservation because husband was ill. We were past the cancellation policy time limit but, they were so understanding and allowed us to cancel. I will definately try again another time. I think that's great customer service.

A suite, right on the beach. Wonderful amenities, great service! A huge suite with two large master bedrooms. Perfect for two couples. The kitchen was bigger than at home and with fab wall of glass windows overlooking the beach. Will come again.

We were unable to use the facilities at Pacific Shores due to a dispute with the management company. This spoiled our trip. Our dishwasher wasn't working and didn't get a new one until the Wednesday.
