We found this property through a great deal of online searching and our efforts were rewarded. This is a ski resort with several nice looking ski runs directly behind the lodge. During our summer visit there were only a couple of other suites occupied which made it very restful and quiet. I understand things are usually busier on weekends. Our suite had separate living and bedrooms and there was a sofa bed in the living room. We had a full kitchen, two TV sets, and a large bathroom. The air conditioning was excellent and was very useful during the daytime. The view from our window was of a small mountain with the ski slopes plainly visible. There are plenty of nice places to walk on the grounds and there is a nice little playground for kids. For dinner we drove into Corner Brook (about 5 miles) and for breakfast we visited Tim Horton's which is right down the road.
