The Russell Manor Bed and Breakfast in Morrisburg is a completely wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. Making a reservation at a Bed and Breakfast, sight unseen, can be a risky venture at times, but from the minute we rang the doorbell and were greeted by Ralph, a mild-mannered standard poodle, and then one of the manor's owners, Ron, we felt that we had arrived at the home of old friends. Every room of the downstairs is warm an elegant. Every place the eye rests, it finds some charming decorator detail to admire. The foyer, decorated for Christmas, was adorned with a life-sized peacock, and careful attention to the other rooms revealed several of his family members tucked into unexpected places.
