Spent three days at Cavendish Maples (Aug 17-30, 2007). It was cold and raining the entire time, but we had fun anyway. I stayed at a cottage here for two nights in July. We arrived without reservations and were fortunate to get a cabin... normally this is highly unlikely but tourism is down in PEI this summer 2006. The owners gave us a discounted rate which really was appreciated as we were on a tight budget. Their neice was working in the... more
