Our unit was a two story, two-bedroom apartment. It was immaculate, and the kitchen was nicely equipped. We were very comfortable. This is basically a motel-style building, but don't let that deceive you. It overlooks St. Peter's Bay, and the proprietors, Helen and Mike, are very welcoming. Helen explained to us how to get to Cable Head (very nearby) to view the sun drop into the bay. We would never have found the access without her.

We were there too late in the season to try out their restaurant, unfortunately. Bayside Country Inn is virtually on the Confederation Trail, so if you are a cyclist or a walker, this is ideal! You can get on your bike and ride to it in about two minutes or less. The guidebooks say that this section of the Trail is the most scenic, and we certainly found it lovely. The Inn is also very near the Greenwich Dunes part of PEI National Park; these are well worth seeing.

We would definitely stay here again, and we hope to do so!! more
