Located just outside Quebec City, on a river, one mile from Montmorency Falls, this little hotel is a great find. It's live in owners seem to be ever present and you begin to wonder when they sleep--very pleasant and helpful. It is really more of a bed and breakfast than a chain hotel. We stayed here for five nights, from Aug 15 thru 20th, and enjoyed it immensely. Upon arrival, we were surprised to see that the hotel is on the water, overlooking Ile d'Orleans. The view was terrific, and the bridge to Ile d'Orleans was a spectacular sight in the twilight. A small deck decorated with flower pots added to the scene.... more
