This beautiful bed and breakfast in the charming town of Carleton-sur-mer in Quebec is a wonderful place to stay while touring the Gaspe Peninsula. The rooms are spotless, beautifully furnished, and comfortable; the patio overlooks the bay and the replica of an old lighthouse. A delicious breakfast is served and the owners, Madame and Monsieur LeBlanc, are gracious and accommodating. Although we don't speak much French, we were able to communicate using a smattering of French and English. The tourist burea in town recommended this accommodation and even made our reservations for us. It was the most beautiful place we stayed in the province of Quebec and very reasonably priced. more
