The NEW OWNERS of this Hotel wish to send you our regards to your terrible nights stay. Naomi and John have been running this Hotel since February 2009, and we have not had one complaint. Your complaint was dated June 23, 2009 but your stay was in June 2008. This looks like a reflection on us, but it is not....
New owners apparently since December 2007. Hotel is not quite the same.......pleasant owners but some problems at the hotel. more
We came into the hotel off the highway......tired and cranky! Jeff Eldridge was on duty at the front desk and we later realized he is the "Directeur". He was very accommodating, very friendly, and fully bilingual. We were a little whiny and he did his best to make us happy and succeeded!
