Spent three nights there recently during a 3 week back-packing tour of fantastic Quebec. I stayed there to go hiking in the breadth-taking Parc de gaspesie. I think they run a bus from the hostel but if you`re lucky enogh you`ll meet someone with a set of wheels who'll take you in. It is loacted right on the River Front of le Fleuve St. Laurent [Saint Lawrence River in English). Spectacular views whether you`re hitting the sack, having breakfast or chillin in the common room. The breakfasts are really a filler, whether you go for the continental [which is already included in the price] or for about a 1-2CAD extra you can choose something more. The staff are really welcoming, friendly and accomodating (even the dog!). Good kitchen facilites and thank god for my fellow backpackers they have a laundry room [buanderie). Ill say no more!!
