Ugly is the best word to describe this hotel, decorated in a gaudy fashion not representative of Michoacan. When I checked in, after making a reservation, the staff couldn't find my reservation, insisted they were full (never mind that the place was empty the entire time I was there), quoted me a rate much higher than what had been confirmed... more
