For the past 3 years I always call directly to the Hotel and so far is been amazing. The overall city is great, really friendly people, as well as the hotel staff. For my experiance at this hotel I always feel really comfortable, the rooms are really clean, great food, and close to the main street. I totally reccomend this Hotel and I´m actually coming back for new years!! have fun!!!:)

I placed a reservation with Expedia for this hotel for one night and had a confirmation number from them. When I got to the hotel, I was told I did not have a reservation and had to pay 25 dollars more than the original rate from Expedia. Expedia tells me that hotel received reservation and confirmed. Expedia was kind enough to give me a coupon for 25 dollars on next booking.

Hotel is very nice but bad booking for me personally.
